1.Commitment

Regulatory Staffing Solutions Ltd is committed to making its website and digital services accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies or have visual, hearing, motor, cognitive or other access needs.

RSS considers recognised accessibility principles when designing, procuring, developing and maintaining its digital services.

2.Accessibility approach

RSS aims, where reasonably practicable, to support:

  • keyboard navigation and visible focus states;
  • logical page structure, headings and landmarks;
  • clear labels and instructions for forms;
  • useful validation and error messages;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • readable text and sufficient colour contrast;
  • responsive layouts and zoom/reflow;
  • descriptive link and button text;
  • accessible authentication and security interactions where possible;
  • compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies; and
  • alternatives or support where a digital process creates an accessibility barrier.

3.Accessibility standard and current status

RSS uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its principal technical benchmark for website accessibility.

RSS does not claim full or partial WCAG 2.2 AA conformance until an appropriate accessibility assessment has been completed and any known issues have been documented.

Current conformance status: RSS has not yet published a formal WCAG 2.2 AA conformance claim. Accessibility testing and remediation are being completed.

4.Known issues

No formally assessed accessibility issues have been documented at the date of this statement. Known issues identified through production accessibility testing will be listed here, together with our planned remediation and any interim alternatives.

5.Forms, CAPTCHA and authentication

RSS uses security and anti-spam measures on certain forms. RSS aims to ensure that CAPTCHA, authentication and verification processes provide accessible interaction, or an appropriate alternative route for users who cannot complete the standard process.

If a security check prevents you from submitting a form or signing in, contact enquiries@regulatorystaffingsolutions.com and we will provide an alternative route.

6.Documents and downloadable content

RSS aims to make important downloadable documents accessible. Where a document cannot reasonably be made accessible, RSS will provide an alternative format or assistance on request where practicable.

7.Third-party content

Some third-party components or services may be outside the direct technical control of RSS. RSS nevertheless considers accessibility when selecting suppliers and integrations, and will provide an alternative route where a material third-party barrier affects access to an RSS service.

8.Feedback and alternative formats

If you have difficulty accessing part of the RSS website, or need information in an alternative format, contact RSS at enquiries@regulatorystaffingsolutions.com.

To help us investigate, please tell us the page or feature involved, the difficulty encountered and, if you wish, the assistive technology or browser you are using.

Accessibility enquiries can be sent to enquiries@regulatorystaffingsolutions.com. RSS will respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

9.Preparation and review of this statement

This statement was prepared and last reviewed on 19 August 2026.

Formal accessibility testing details will be added once the production website has completed its accessibility assessment.

RSS reviews this statement after material website changes and following periodic accessibility testing.
